Birmingham City extended their unbeaten run to 13 games as Scott Hogan popped up with two vital goals to share the points with the Hoops.

In the 7th minute, Blues almost went ahead. A long throw into the box found the head of top scorer Lukas Juktkiewicz, his header went past the post.

4 minutes after, a huge chance fell Blues’ way. A ball whipped in by Crowley found the head of Hogan who headed wide from 6 yards out.

In the 20th minute, The R’s had the ball in the back of the net; however, the flag was raised. A good decision by the linesman, but Blues had to be careful they were not caught out again.

4 minutes later, Blues went up the other end and scored. A ball by Colin found Scott Hogan in behind the QPR defence, he then took the ball around the ‘keeper and scrambled the ball into the goal.

Not much happened between then and halftime, The Blues went in winning at the break.

6 minutes into the second period and QPR were back on level terms. A silly free-kick to give away got capitalized on by The Hoops.

It went from bad to worse for Blues as they went 2-1 down. Jordan Hugill the scorer this time as he always seems to against Blues.

The lack of luck continued for Blues as Jeremie Bela was stretched off. Pep Clotet has confirmed that Bela has a hamstring injury.

9 minutes before the end and Blues were back on level terms. A Dan Crowley corner fell to Scott Hogan’s head and he scored from close range. His 6th goal in his 7th game.

Hogan nearly made it 3 but was denied by a super QPR tackle. The tackle denied a certain goal.

Blues extend their unbeaten run to 13 games. Blues are winless in 4 games now, and some may argue Reading next weekend is a must-win. Wednesday will be a day to enjoy for the team and fans as they come up against 3rd place in the PL Leicester.
