Blues have been linked with Everton youngster Korede Adedoyin, according to Birmingham Live.

The Nigerian winger spent last season at Hamilton Academical, but wasn’t able to make the breakthrough which he was tipped to do so. After 6 months at the club, it was mutually agreed he would return to Everton back in January.

Since then, his agent has held talks with a number of clubs in Europe, according to All Nigeria Soccer.

The 19-year-old did net 24 goals in 41 appearances in the U18 Premier League back in 2018 mind…

He’s a proven goalscorer at youth level, but has yet to taste senior football. Bringing good pace and dribbling qualities, Adedoyin is definitely one for the future.

However, with Blues short on firepower on the flanks, he could feature for Karanka’s side right from the off.
