A positive blues display earnt them a point at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium but who was the best player in blue?
Neil Etheridge 6
A quiet game for Etheridge who had very little to do. A misunderstanding with Roberts in the first half could have led to danger but Blues got away with it.
Harlee Dean (C) 8*
The improvement from Last season to the Current Harlee Dean has been undescribable. Another great display from the skipper with two goal saving blocks which kept Blues level.
George Friend 7.5
The most important signing of the summer in my opinion, Friend has been a key part in transforming Blues backline and had another solid shift today.
Marc Roberts 6.5
Roberts has fought his way back into the starting XI over the last couple of games and hasn’t disappointed, other than the mistake with Etheridge Roberts had a very solid game. He could’ve got on the scoresheet a couple of times aswell.
Kristian Pedersen 6.5
A game of two halves really for Peds. An instrumental player going forward in the first half putting plenty of quality crosses into the box. However in the second half the Dane struggled defensively and didn’t have the same impact when attacking.
Maxime Colin 7
Max seems to be getting back to his best in a Blues shirt. Like Pedersen, Colin played a key role in the first half linking up with Gards and the forwards.
Gary Gardner 8
After a poor outing Vs Norwich, we saw a completely different Gardner today. Gards Created issues for QPR when he went forward and made some brilliant challenged when defending. An all round great display from the local lad.
Mikel San José 6.5
A slightly underwhelming first 90 minutes for the Spaniard. He didn’t make any major errors but didn’t have the impact on the game that a lot of Blues fans expected.
Ivan Sunjic 5.5
After a lot of praise from me the last few weeks, I have to criticize Sunjic today. It seemed the only way The Croat was breaking up play was by illegal challenges giving awa multiple free kicks and was lucky to not get booked.
Scott Hogan 6.5
A much Sharper performance from Hogan today. The striker had the ball in the net on two occasions but both were ruled out for offside.
Jonathan Leko 6
A bright display from Leko who could have had a goal after just two minutes if his shot found the goal. The rating would be higher but he slowed down considerably in the second half before being replaced by Juke.
