The youngster made 22 appearances in Villa’s Premier League 2 campaign and will join up with Steve Spooners U23 side.
After a year at Bodymoor Heath after joining as a free agent following his impressive trial, he came on trial to Blues towards the end of last season and has been handed a two-year contract, plus a year’s option.
The 20-year-old will be hoping to hit the ground running and be considered for first-team action in the future.
He spoke to Blues TV since signing the dotted line:
“I am very excited. I think it is time to properly kick on in my career and get started properly.
“I am a midfield player, more creative on the ball, score goals, create goals and try and put on a bit of a show as well.
“I have always been a Blues fan, ever since I was little – my dad is a Blues fan.”
As things stand Blues are yet to sign any senior players as the takeover saga rumbles on…
