Blues will make a short trip to the Coventry Building Society Arena on Friday evening, following a television selection from Sky.
They will be backed by 4,000 bluenoses who have not been put off by the £37 ticket price.
Coventry, amongst other clubs, have come under criticism this season for the prices that they are charging away fans and with the game being on television, the following is very notable.
Blues are slowly building some momentum after picking up another point at the weekend, against Rotherham United.
Despite not being fierce rivals, a win against a fellow midlands club is always something to look for to boost morale.
Currently four points ahead of this week’s opposition, Blues go into the game looking for their first away points since August.
Blues however have not won at Coventry since 2006. A run they will want to end as soon as possible.
Last year’s play-off final runners-up are unbeaten in their last two home games, beating Plymouth Argyle most recently.
Having lost their last game against Ipswich and will be looking to get back to winning ways on Friday night.
They will also be without their full-back, Ethan Laird due to a hip injury. Having already missed games this season due to injury, this is a huge setback with a busy festive period coming up.
